LEONARDTOWN, Md. (February 8, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 3:27pm, Tpr. R. L. Jackson served a bench warrant (T3-14633) on Chad Eugene Fowler, 38, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on October 15, 2010 with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence. Mr. Fowler was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, February 4, 2011 at 1:49pm, TFC E. M. Evans served an arrest warrant (T3-14779) on Dominick Mackall, 22, of Lusby. The warrant was issued for Mr. Mackall's arrest on February 1, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was First Degree Assault and Handgun on Person. Mr. Mackall was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 12:43am, Tpr. S. Casarella served an arrest warrant (T3-14780) on Kevin Eugene Watts, 46, of an Unknown Fixed Address. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County for Mr. Watts' arrest on February 2, 2011 with an original charge of Trespass: Private Property. Mr. Watts was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday February 6, 2011 at 2:40am, TFC M. J. Pitcher served a bench warrant (T3-14777) on Jesse Aaron Ward, 21, of Solomons. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on February 1, 2011 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Ward was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 4:35pm, TFC D. S. Brill served a bench warrant (T3-14748) on Spencer J. Goedecke, 19, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued on January 14, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana. Mr. Goedecke was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 07, 2011 at 2:37am, Tpr. S. M. Ditoto served an arrest warrant (T3-14786) on Melissa Brown McClary, 36, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on February 7, 2011 as a result of Ms. McClary being a Fugitive from Justice - Virginia. Ms. McClary is being held at the St. Mary's County Detention Center until extradition occurs.
