MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (February 3, 2011)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 1/24/11 at 9:49 pm, TFC Evans stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 231 at Yardley Drive in Prince Frederick. An odor of Marijuana was detected and a search of the vehicle revealed Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mark Anthony Booker, 42 of Landover, arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT: On 1/25/11 at 8:27 am, TFC K. Donaldson responded to the 1300 block of Skinners Turn Road in Owings for a reported theft of a vehicle. A blue 2006 Dodge Ram truck with Maryland tags 51N797 was stolen from the victim's driveway. The vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside. Investigation is continuing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 1/25/11 at 10:09 pm, Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Nursery Road in Lusby. An odor of Marijuana was detected in the vehicle. A search revealed Marijuana and other drug paraphernalia hidden in the vehicles dashboard area. Jessica Lembach, 24 of Indian Head, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 1/28/11 at 12:45 am, Trooper First Class Evans stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 260 at Route 778 in Owings. A search of the vehicle revealed Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Meagan Eacho, 27 of Lothian, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE MARIJUANA: On 1/29/11 at 11:56 pm, Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on HG Trueman Road in Lusby. A passenger was attempting to conceal something in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a large amount of Marijuana which was packaged in a manner which indicated that it was being sold. Dylan Lee Carroll, 18 of Lusby, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE PILLS: On 1/30/11 @ 12:21 am, Trooper Bender stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on First Street in North Beach. During the stop, a search was conducted and a large amount of various types of pills were located. Antonio Eduardo Sergi, 22 of Lusby, and Patrick Henry Nutter, 24 of Lusby, were both arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
