MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (February 3, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DRUG ARREST: On Saturday, January 29 at 11:03 am, TFC M. J. Pitcher conducted a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 246 and Shangri La Drive in Lexington Park on a green Ford Expedition for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the operator, identified with his license as Joseph David White, 48, of Park Hall, TFC Pitcher detected the odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search of Mr. White's vehicle was conducted revealing Percocet pills not prescribed to Mr. White. Mr. White was placed under arrest for Possession of CDS - Not Marijuana and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, January 31 at 3:27 pm, Tpr. S. M. Morton served a bench warrant (T3-14737) on Eric Grady Walls, 35, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on January 6, 2011. Mr. Walls was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, January 31 at 7:45 pm, Tpr. R. L. Jackson served a bench warrant (T3-14770) on Darrell Ivan Johnson, 31, of Saint Leonard. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County on January 13, 2011 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Johnson was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, February 2 at 3:45 pm, TFC K. D. Lashley served a bench warrant (T3-14773) on Rondale Montrel Faulkner, 24, of Chaptico for an original charge of Malicious Destruction of Property. The warrant was issued for Mr. Faulkner's arrest on February 1, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Faulkner was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
