Six New Deputies Join St. Mary's Co. Force

LEONARDTOWN, Md. (January 25, 2011) — Six new deputies have joined the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office. Deputies Sean T. Hawks, William G. Wood III, Brian R. Adamo, David E. Potter, Charles T. Ferrari and Trevor J. Teague graduated on Friday, January 21, from the twenty-eight week Police Entry Level Training Program at the Southern Maryland Criminal Justice Academy.

"We would like to congratulate the deputies for completing a very intense training program," said Sheriff Timothy K. Cameron. "I'm excited to have them back from training to join our deputies, correctional officers and civilian staff as they begin a long and rewarding career in the public safety profession."
