LA PLATA, Md. (January 20, 2011)—The Charles County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DRUG ARREST: On Jan. 9 at 7:06 p.m., Cpl. J. Timko of the Charles County Sheriff's Office approached a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot in the 3100 block of Marshall Hall Road in Bryans Road. He discovered its occupants, Kenneth Eugene Wisor, 19, and Samantha Lynn Hergett, 23, both of Bryans Road, were in possession of marijuana. Wisor and Hergett were charged with possession of marijuana and were released pending court appearances.
BURGLARY: On January 19 between 7:30 a.m. - 12 noon, a suspect broke into a house in the 4700 block of Hummingbird Drive in Waldorf and stole jewelry and shoes. The scene was processed for evidence.
