CALIFORNIA, Md. (January 19, 2011) — Police in St. Mary's County are seeking a 16-year-old boy who has been missing since November 2010. The teen, Cepeda Juwan Hicks, is considered a runaway juvenile.
Hicks is African American, 5'-11" tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He goes by the nickname "CJ."
Police say Hicks has recently been observed in Ridge and Lexington Park.
