LETTER TO THE EDITOR:
Thank you to the local community for supporting Toys for Tots of Calvert and Charles County during the 2010 campaign. With community support we were able to help thousands of less fortunate local children. You truly helped make a difference in a child’s life.
Seeing the gratitude of the recipients, the enthusiasm of the youth organizations, and community support was overwhelming.
I would like to specifically thank the following organizations and people for helping to pickup, sort, and distribute donated toys:

Northern High School FBLA offered gift wrapping to families. This added a very personal touch. This was the first time this was offered.
We also had several recipients who volunteered their time to help with sorting and distribution. This was also a first.
