MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (December 27, 2010)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DRUG ARREST: On Friday, December 17 at 2:10 pm, TFC N. E. Gresko responded to the 20000 block of Point Lookout Road in Lexington Park in reference to locating Ohmer Watson Webb, 27, of no fixed address, for an outstanding warrant. Mr. Webb was located and arrested on the outstanding warrant. A search incident to arrest reveal Mr. Webb in possession of CDS Paraphernalia. Mr. Webb was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged accordingly. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 22 at 10:00 am, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served a bench warrant (T3-14708) on Candice Louise Richardson, 23, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on December 9 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended Out of State License. Ms. Richardson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 20 at 12:35 pm, TFC E. J. Page served a bench warrant (T3-14710) on Aaron C. Bankins, 20, of Lexington Park. The warrant for Mr. Bankins arrest was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on December 10. The original charge was Second Degree Assault. Mr. Bankins was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 23 at 6:00 pm, TFC D. S. Brill served a bench warrant (T3-14700) on Shanae Elizabeth Dorsey, 20, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on December 7 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Dorsey was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, December 23 at 8:29 pm, TFC N. E. Gresko served an outstanding bench warrant (T3-14718) on Danny James Dunn, 28, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued for Mr. Dunn's arrest on December 21 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Driving Without A License. Mr. Dunn was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 24 at 10:00 am, TFC N. E. Gresko served a bench warrant (T3-14697) on James M. Dotson, 23, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued with an original charge of CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia on December 3 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Dotson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for the service and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 24 at 11:30 am, Tpr. S. Casarella served a bench warrant (T3-14132) on Charles Moy, 30, of Charlotte Hall. Mr. Moy was wanted by the District Court of St. Mary's County for an original charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol and Driving On A Suspended License. The warrant was issued on September 29, 2009. Mr. Moy was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 24 at 11:40 am, TFC C. M. Evans served a bench warrant (T3-14722) on James Joseph Ickes, III, 23, of California. Mr. Ickes was wanted by the District Court of Calvert County. The warrant was issued on July 21 with an original charge of Theft: $500.00 Plus Value. Mr. Ickes was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
