LA PLATA, Md. (December 15, 2010)—The La Plata Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest report.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On December 13, TFC B. Sorenson was traveling southbound U. S. Route 301, north of Acton Lane when he observed a red Dodge Neon with the operator not restrained by his seat belt. TFC Sorenson stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver Eythan Lamar Ealy, 18, of Indian Head, when he detected an odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Ealy was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
