MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (December 15, 2010)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest reports.

DUI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On December 9 at 7:12 p.m., Trooper Esnes responded to the 11500 block of Ropeknot Road in Lusby for a motor vehicle accident. William C. Coley, Jr., 20, of Lusby was arrested for DUI and also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

THEFT: On December 11 at 2:21 p.m., Trooper Logsdon responded to the area of Flag Ponds Park for a reported theft of a tree stand. The victim reported that a tree stand was stolen from a tree on property adjacent to the park. Investigation continues.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On December 12 at 4:23 a.m., Trooper Lewis responded to the 5900 block of Hardesty Road in Sunderland for a check welfare call. Joshua R. Burch, 19 of Huntingtown was found sleeping in his vehicle in front of the residence. He was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

Kevin M. BERARD, 57, of Owings, arrested on 12/10/10 @ 10:56 pm by TFC K. Hunt

Richard G. SPEORL, 58, of Lusby, arrested on 12/10/10 @ 11:33 pm by TPR. R. Lewis

Marque A. ALSTON, 22, of Chesapeake Beach, arrested on 12/11/10 @ 02:17 am by TPR. R. Lewis
