EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Nov. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/—Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) has achieved a production milestone with the 500th delivery of its ALR-67(V)3 digital radar warning receiver to the U.S. Navy.
The ALR-67(V)3 is the U.S. Navy standard for digital radar warning receiver technology. It is installed on all frontline, carrier-based F/A-18E/F tactical aircraft and is an integral part of modernization programs for U.S. and international customers.
"I am particularly proud that our organization has achieved this significant milestone," said Scott Jackson, general manager, Raytheon Electronic Warfare Systems. "NAVAIR (Naval Air Systems Command) set the bar high with respect to performance and schedule.
