PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (November 2, 2010)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
POSSESSION OF DRUGS: On October 28 at 12:05 p.m., Trooper West stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Cove Point Road in Lusby. During the stop, Patrick H. Nutter, 24 of Lusby, was found to be in possession of Percocet without a prescription. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
BURGLARY: On October 30 at 9:52 p.m., TFC Dawson responded to a home builder's model home on Thoroughbred Drive in Prince Frederick for a report of an attempted burglary. The front door was forced open and the suspect fled when the alarm sounded. Investigation continues.
