LEONARDTOWN, Md. (October 21, 2010)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DRUG ARREST: On Wednesday, October 13 while investigating the report of a missing person, TFC K. D. Lashley responded to the 44000 block of Ritchie Road in Leonardtown. Investigative measures at the location lead to the missing person being successfully located. Subsequently, Dominic James Bright, 20 of Leonardtown, and John Edward Colleary, 4th, 20, of Leonardtown, were arrested for possession of CDS and CDS Paraphernalia that was observed in plain view during the course of the investigation. Both subjects were transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged accordingly. They were held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 19 at 9:40am, TFC J. S. Gibson served a bench warrant (T3-14628) on Jerry L. Gray, 50, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on October 13, 2010 with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana. Mr. Gray was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, October 20 at 10:15am, Tpr. E. R. Mersman arrested Travis James Linsey, 22, of Upper Marlboro, on an outstanding bench warrant (T3-14582) issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The warrant was issued on September 16, 2010 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Linsey was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
