LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 29, 2010)The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.
BURGLARY 4TH DEGREE: On September 28 at approximately 10:50 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Saratoga Drive in Lexington Park. Investigation revealed witnesses observed Carol Andrea Gregory, 48 of no fixed address, break into the vacant house. Gregory was still inside of the house when deputies arrived. She was arrested and charged with 4th degree burglary.
TRESPASSING, ASSAULT: On September 28, deputies responded to a residence on Great Mills Road in Great Mills for a report of a trespasser. Investigation revealed Jason Michael Reintzell, 33 of Lexington Park, was causing a disturbance and asked to leave the residence. Reintzell initially complied and left but returned a short time later. Reintzell was arrested and charged with trespassing. As Deputy Gill was placing Reintzell in his patrol vehicle to transport him to the detention center for processing, Reintzell kicked the deputy. Reintzell was additionally charged with second degree assault.
THEFT, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On September 28, deputies responded to Best Buy in California for a report of a theft. Investigation revealed Arthur Harry Perry, 33 of Port Republic, attempted to steal a Sony Vaio laptop computer by cutting the security wires and concealing on his person. Perry was arrested and charged with theft and destruction of property.
TRESPASSING: On September 28, Deputy Green was patrolling the area of Patuxent Medical Center in Lexington Park when she observed Kevin Eugene Watts, 46 of Lexington Park, on the property. Watts had been served a notice not to trespass on Patuxent Medical Center's property. Watts was arrested and charged with trespassing.
