LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 15, 2010) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest report.
ARMED ROBBERY, ASSAULT, THEFT: On September 14 at approximately 2:40 a.m., several victims were seated in a truck parked in the Lexington Village Apartment complex located in Lexington Park when they were approached by a group of males. The males punched the victims several times. One of the males, later identified as Brandon Lenny Young, 24 of Lexington Park, displayed a knife, held it to the victim's throat and demanded he turn over anything of value. The victims turned over cash and a cell phone. The attackers fled but Young was later located on Columbus Drive in Lexington Park, arrested and charged with armed robbery, first degree assault, second degree assault and theft.
