MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (August 23, 2010) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, August 19 at 2:20pm, TFC M. R. Grimes arrested Sean Tyler Wolthers, 22, of Mechanicsville, on an arrest warrant (T3-14550) issued by the District Court of Calvert County. The warrant was issued on July 30 with an original charge of Theft Less Than $100.00. Mr. Wolthers was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, August 20 at 4:40pm, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served an arrest warrant (T3-14546) on Dale Ross Sprouse, 48, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued on August 18 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Second Degree Assault. Mr. Sprouse was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, August 20 at 5:50pm, TFC E. J. Page served two Circuit Court warrants (T3-14543 / T3-14544) on Lance Allen Jones, 22, of Leonardtown. Mr. Jones was issued warrants with charges of False Statement to an Officer and Theft Less Than $1000.00 by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on August 16. Upon service, Mr. Jones was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, August 21 at 4:34am, TFC J. A. Pilkerton arrested Gregory Lynn Jackson, Jr., 23, of Prince Frederick, on a bench warrant (T3-14551) issued by the District Court of Calvert County. The warrant was issued on July 19 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Jackson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Saturday, August 21 at 8:58pm, Tpr. R. L. Jackson responded to the 20300 block of Willows Road in Lexington Park for a reported malicious destruction of property. Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 38, of Lexington Park, who advised while in the residence she heard a loud sound of glass breaking. Upon investigation the complainant observed an unknown subject running from the scene and get into a vehicle prior to exiting at a high rate of speed. Damage was done to a glass door to the residence. No additional information was provided by the complainant. Any information pertaining to this case may be forwarded to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack; this investigation is ongoing.

DRUG ARREST: On Sunday, August 22 at 11:20pm, TFC J. A. Pilkerton initiated a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 235 south of Maryland Route 6 on a silver Acura for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the driver, Michele Lee Click, 35, of Durango, Colorado, TFC J.A. Pilkerton observed CDS in plain view in the vehicle. Ms. Click was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
