LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 24, 2010) - The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) Narcotics Division released the following incident and arrest reports. The Division is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Marys County Sheriffs Office, Maryland State Police Drug Enforcement Division and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1st, 2007 and is based in St. Marys County.
DISTRIBUTION OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION: Detectives began an investigation into Suspect Abujuma Nader, a/k/a "Nick," and the possible distribution of prescription medication. After a several month investigation, a search and seizure warrant was executed on his residence in Mechanicsville. More than $15,000 worth of Oxycontin and Oxycodone were recovered. Another Co-Conspirator, William James Jordon, 33, is currently wanted for Possession with Intent to Distribute Prescription Medication. Anyone with information on Suspect Jordon's whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Solvers at 301-475-3333 for a possible reward.
INDICTMENT FOR POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE: Judith Ann Labille, 38 of Mechanicsville, was arrested on an open Grand Jury indictment for Possession of Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute. She was originally held without bond.
DISTRIBUTION OF CRACK: Suspect James Roshawn Garrett, 28 of Hollywood, was identified as a distributor of Crack cocaine and detectives began an investigation into his criminal activity. Undercover purchases of cocaine and handguns were conducted. Suspect Garrett was indicted by the Grand Jury for St. Mary's County and arrested. He is awaiting an arraignment in the Circuit Court.
DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE: Brian O'Neil Hicks, 27, was identified as a distributor of cocaine in the Lexington Park area. Undercover operations were conducted and officers made purchases of cocaine and a handgun. Suspect Hicks was arrested and awaiting an arraignment.
