LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 19, 2010) - The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) Narcotics Division released the following incident and arrest reports. The Division is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Marys County Sheriffs Office, Maryland State Police Drug Enforcement Division and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1st, 2007 and is based in St. Marys County.
DRUG RAID: Detectives executed a search and seizure warrant on a Lexington Park home. Once inside cocaine, marijuana and related smoking devices belonging to Mary Louise Milburn, a/k/a "Weezy," were located. She was charged accordingly and additional charges are pending.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: Detectives were conducting an investigation when Sharrie Ann Cutchember, 21 of Lexington Park, was observed in the parking lot of a Lexington Park gas station. She was removing the tobacco from a cigar and replacing it with marijuana. A uniformed patrol deputy was alerted and a vehicle stop was conducted. A bag of marijuana and a "marijuana blunt" was recovered from Suspect Cutchember's person.
INDICTMENT FOR COCAINE DISTRIBUTION: Suspect Robert Lance Lumpkins, 22 of Leonardtown, was charged on two separate indictments. One of the indictments was related to a search and seizure warrant that was executed on his home previously. The amount of cocaine that was recovered was in such a quantity that there was intent to distribute. Separately, detectives have made undercover purchases of marijuana during a lengthy investigation into Suspect Lumpkins drug trafficking. He is released pending an arraignment in the Circuit Court.
INDICTMENT FOR COCAINE DISTRIBUTION: Suspect Glenn Fitzgerald Fenwick, a/k/a "Duke," was identified as a distributor of cocaine in the northern end of St. Mary's County. After several investigations concluded, Suspect Fenwick was indicted. He was subsequently arrested for Distribution of Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine, and Possession of Oxycodone.
