LA PLATA, Md. (April 1, 2009) - The Charles County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest report.
ARMED ROBBERY: On March 31 at 8 p.m., officers responded to Country Place Liquors located at 3100 Marshall Hall Road in Bryans Road for the report of an armed robbery that just occurred. Investigation revealed the suspect entered the store wearing a ski mask. He approached a clerk, displayed a handgun and demanded cash from the register. The clerk complied and the suspect fled in a black, mid-sized vehicle. Anyone with information about this case should call the Major Crimes Unit at (301) 609-6496.
