MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (March 12, 2009) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On March 7, 2009 at 9:20 a.m., Trooper Lewis responded to the 3500 block of Garrett Lane in Huntingtown in reference to a destroyed mailbox. Investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at (410)535-1400.

THEFT OF VEHICLE: On March 7, 2009 at 11:50 a.m., Trooper Wyer responded to the 4100 block of Oakdale Lane in Port Republic, for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim's 2001 Ford F-150 truck, with MD tag, without permission. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at (410)535-1400.

BURGLARY, THEFT: On March 11, 2009 at 8:43 a.m., Trooper First Class Laziuck responded to the 9200 block of Owings Manor Court in Owings, for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim advised that her car keys were left on her kitchen table. She believes someone entered her residence, removed the keys and stole her vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered nearby.
