LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 12, 2009) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
BENCH WARRANT: On Monday, March 9, 2009 at 3:15 pm, Jennifer Lynn Landis, 26, of Lusby was arrested by TFC R. Rezza on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13660) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on October 17, 2008. The original charge was Driving without a License. Ms. Landis was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
BENCH WARRANT: On Monday, March 9, 2009 at 7:40 pm, Aubrey Breon Farrar, Jr., 20, of Upper Marlboro was arrested by Tpr. M. Pitcher on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13665) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on October 21, 2008. The original charge was Driving on a Suspended License. Mr. Farrar was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
CIRCUIT COURT WARRANT: On Monday, March 9, 2009 at 10:30 pm, William Josephus Johnson, 52, of St. Leonard was arrested by Tpr. M. Pitcher on an outstanding Circuit Court Warrant (T3-13806) for Failing to Appear for docket call on January 9, 2009. The original charges were for traffic violations. Mr. Johnson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
