LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 11, 2009) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest report.
SECOND DEGREE ASSAULT: On March 10, 2009 Deputy D. Harris responded to Bond Circle in California for a report of a fight in progress. Investigation revealed Lakeisha Leshawn Kelson, 22, of California, was engaged in a verbal argument which escalated into a physical assault when Kelson grabbed the victim by the throat and punched her in the face. Kelson was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
