St. Mary's County BCI Police Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Feb. 25, 2009) - The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) today released the following incident and arrest report. BCI is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office and the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. The unit was established on July 1, 2003 and is based in Leonardtown, Maryland.

DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE: Vice Narcotics detectives conducted an investigation into Eric Javon Thomas, 29, of Great Mills, and his reported distribution of Crack Cocaine. Detectives purchased Crack Cocaine from Thomas in a Lexington Park neighborhood. He was arrested on an open indictment for distribution of cocaine and other assorted charges, as well as a probation violation from the original charge of assault second degree. He is currently being held without bond.
