LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Feb. 13, 2009)—Police in St. Mary's County today reached out to the community seeking information about an armed robbery that occurred on Dec. 31, 2008. Police say that at approximately 5:30 p.m., a black male, in his twenties to early thirties, approximately 5'11", 180 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark pants, entered the Besche Oil Company, located in Lexington Park just off of Route 235. He approached a company employee, displayed a knife, and demanded money.
