LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Feb. 5, 2009) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
SMASHED WINDSHIELD: On Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 8:07 am, TFC M. Moore responded to the 46000 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park for the reported malicious destruction of property to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, contact was made with the female victim, 23, of Lexington Park who advised unknown suspect(s) smashed the windshield on her burgundy 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. Neighborhood checks were conducted with negative results and the investigation continues.
CIRCUIT COURT WARRANT: On Monday, February 2, 2009 at 7:48 pm, Felicia Monique Herbert, 34, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. M. Adams on an outstanding Circuit Court Warrant (T3-11905) issued on January 4, 2006. The original charge on the warrant is for violation of probation for failing to attend the required meetings and failing to pay restitution. Ms. Herbert was served at the St. Mary's County Detention where she is being held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
CIRCUIT COURT WARRANT: On Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 12:50 pm, Jerod Adam Taylor, 23, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. M. Koock on an outstanding Circuit Court Warrant (T3-13749) for failing to appear in Circuit Court on December 12, 2008. The original charge was possession of marijuana. Mr. Taylor was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
BENCH WARRANT: On Wednesday, February 4, 2009, Elizabeth Paulamari Vasquez, 30, of Virginia Beach was arrested by Tpr. M. Adams on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13810) issued by the District Court in Somerset County for failing to appear on July 17, 2007. The original charge was driving on a suspended license. Ms. Vasquez was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
