PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Jan. 29, 2009) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
ILLEGAL DRUGS: On January 21, 2009 at 8:40 pm, Trooper Laziuck stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 2 near Dalrymple Road in Sunderland. A search of the vehicle and driver revealed several Adderall and Methylphenidate pills. The driver, Donna L. Mercilliott, 46, of Owings, was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On January 22, 2009 at 12:35 am, Trooper First Class Dawson stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 260, east of Route 2 in Owings. An odor of Marijuana was detected and a search revealed that the driver, Daryl J. Peters, 18 of Dunkirk and Andre J. Creek, 18 of Owings, were both in possession of marijuana. Both were arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
DUI: Ronald G. HENSLEY, 54, of Concord, NC was arrested for DUI on 01/23/09 @ 08:30 pm by TPR K. Hunt.
