MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 17, 2009) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Monday, December 14 at 8:26 pm, Tpr. B.T. Wiesemann responded to the 46000 block of South Shangri La Drive in Lexington Park for the reported Disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 43, of Lexington Park who was detaining the suspect, Darrell Duane Jones, 31, of Lexington Park who was intoxicated and creating a disturbance. The complainant advised Mr. Jones entered the Bay District Volunteer Fire Department. He refused to leave. Tpr. Wiesemann took custody of Mr. Jones and transported him to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, December 14 at 3:40 am David Joseph Reiner, 48, of Mechanicsville was arrested by Tpr. G. A. Thompson on a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-14213) issued by the Circuit Court in Leonardtown on November 20. The original charge is Sex Abuse Minor - Continuing Course of Conduct. Mr. Reiner was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 16 at 10:00 am, Antoine J. Ramsay, 20, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC M. A. Moore on a Bench Warrant (T3-14240) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on December 11. Mr. Ramsay turned himself in at the Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. The original charges on the warrant were driving on highway while license was both Suspended and Revoked.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 16 at 1:05 pm, Maurico Sierra, 31, of Valley Lee was arrested by Tpr. R. L. Jackson on a Bench Warrant (T3-13729) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on December 2. The original charge was Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Sierra turned himself in at the Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 16 at 5:30 pm, Bryan Curtis Aquinigoc, 26, of Chesapeake, VA was arrested by TFC M. B. Adams on a Bench Warrant (T3-14238) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on December 10. The original charge was driving on a Suspended out of state license. Mr. Aquiningoc turned himself in at the Leonardtown Barracks and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday December 16 at 5:50 pm, Letisha Taleda Smarr, 24, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann on a Bench Warrant (T3-14242) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on December 11. The original charge was driving on highway while license privilege was suspended. Ms. Smarr was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
