MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (Dec. 16, 2009) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On December 6 at 9:55 p.m., Trooper First Class Bowling responded to the 400 block of Main Street in Prince Frederick for a disorderly subject. John F. Mc Hale, 44, Prince Frederick, was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing. He was taken to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On December 8 at 10:55 p.m., Trooper First Class Lass responded to the Holiday Inn in Solomons for reported possible drug activity. Kevin Van Greene, 51 of Carlsbad, CA, was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and taken to the Calvert County Processing Center for processing.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT: On December 8 at 1:45 p.m., Trooper First Class Laziuck responded to the 1100 block of Ontario Court in Owings for a reported motor vehicle theft. A 2005 Black Cadillac Escalade was stolen from the driveway.

BURGLARY: On December 8 at 2:44 p.m., Trooper First Class Johns responded to the 1100 block of Muskogee Lane in Lusby for a reported burglary. An unoccupied residence was broken into and a coin collection was stolen.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On December 9 at 12:40 p.m., Trooper First Class Hunt responded to the 2100 block of Fireberry Court in Prince Frederick for a reported theft. An unlocked vehicle parked at Fox Run Shopping Center was entered and a purse was stolen.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On December 12 at 10:00 a.m., Trooper Wyer responded to the area of Double Tree Lane and Side Saddle Drive in Lusby in reference to a suspicious subject. Charles Burch, 19, of Lusby, was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On December 12 at 03:00 p.m., Trooper First Class Hunt stopped a vehicle on Route 4 at Sixes Road in Prince Frederick for a traffic violation. The driver, Aantone S. White, 38, Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

BURGLARY: On December 12 at 11:00 p.m., Trooper Parker responded to the 11400 Stirrup Lane in Lusby for a reported burglary. The residence was broken into and a television and a laptop computer were stolen.

FIREAMS VIOLATION: On December 13 at 4:23 p.m., Trooper First Class Wiersma responded to the 600 block of Willow Road in Lusby in reference to reports of shots fired. Nathaniel Jones, 30, and Joseph A. Bryan, 27, both of Lusby, were charged with firearm violations and discharging a firearms too close to a residence. They were arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

BURGLARY: On December 12 at 11:08 p.m., Trooper Parker responded to the 11400 block of Stirrup Lane in Lusby for a reported burglary. A 26" LCD television was stolen from the residence.

MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On December 14 at 6:25 p.m., Trooper Williams responded to Oxford Way in Huntingtown for a reported destruction of property. Christmas lights were damaged.
