LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 10, 2009) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office recently released the following incident and arrest report.
SECOND DEGREE ASSAULT, POSSESSION OF CDS: On December 8, Corporal S. Simonds responded to a residence on Circle Drive in Great Mills for a report of an assault in progress. Investigation revealed Pamela Rose Rose, 36, of Great Mills, was involved in a verbal dispute with the victim, which escalated into a physical assault when Rose struck the victim in the face, shoulders and neck. Further investigation revealed Rose to be in possession of suspected Oxycodone without a prescription and suspected Ecstasy. Rose was arrested and charged with second degree assault and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
