LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Oct. 20) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.
THEFT: On October 19, Deputy Thomas Seyfried responded to the Target Store in California for a theft. His investigation determined Nataisha Young, 19 of Lexington Park, and Hannah Aldrich, 20 of Lexington Park, concealed merchandise in their respective purses and attempted to leave the store. Aldrich and Young were confronted by store staff pending the arrival of Deputy Seyfried who charged both subjects via criminal citations for theft under $100.
TRESPASS: On October 19, Dfc Michael George responded to Sell Drive, Lexington Park, for a person reportedly knocking on various residential doors. Dfc George came in contact with Tercell Thompson, 29 of Lexington Park. Mr Thompson entered upon the property of a resident who asked him to leave. After several requests to leave the property were ignored, Thompson was arrested, charged with trespass (CR-6-403) and released to the custody of the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
THREAT OF ARSON: On October 20, Deputy Kristi Nelson responded to a domestic disturbance on Guenther Drive in Great Mills. While investigating the disturbance, Deputy Nelson came in contact with Joseph Milburn, 21 of Great Mills, who was involved in a verbal dispute with his girl friend. While deputies were on the scene, Mr. Milburn asked for some gasoline and stated he was going to burn the house to the ground. Joseph Milburn was arrested, charged with Threat of Arson (CR 6-107), and released to the custody of the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On October 19, Deputy Michael Worrey located William Carter, 35 of Lexington Park, in the area of Great Mills Road. Mr Carter was wanted on a District Court Warrant for Theft Under $100. Carter was arrested and released to the custody of the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On October 19, Deputy Seyfried located Jack Faulkner, 28 of Leonardtown. Mr Faulkner was wanted on a Worcester County District Court Warrant for Malicious Destruction of Property (CR 6-301). Faulkner was released to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On October 19, Cpl. Corcoran located Joseph Bush, 49 of Great Mills, in the area of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. Mr Bush was wanted on a District Court Warrant for Second Degree Assault (CR 3-203). Mr Bush was arrested and released to the custody of the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
