LA PLATA, Md. (Oct. 6, 2009) - The La Plata Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest report.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On September 22 at approximately 1225 hours, Trooper W. Scarlett responded to Strauss Avenue and Parker Harley Drive in Indian Head to assist TFC J. Edelen on a traffic stop that was conducted on a white Chrysler for illegal window tint. A K-9 scan was conducted with a positive alert. The passenger, Michael Anitron Morsell, age 22, of Indian Head, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
