MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Oct. 5) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) recently released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, September 24 at 4:55 am, Curtis Jerome Mason, 35, of Lexington Park was served an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13778) by TFC M. B. Adams at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was already incarcerated on unrelated charges. The original charges on the Bench Warrant were traffic related; DUI and Driving on a Suspended License. Mr. Mason remains incarcerated pending his court appearance.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY: On Thursday, September 24 at 12:53 pm, Tpr. G. A. Thompson responded to the 22000 block of St. Gabriel Circle in Lexington Park for the reported Burglary. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant. He advised unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole an X-Box 360 game console valued at $300.00, rechargeable battery pack for controllers valued at $30.00, console controllers valued at $50.00, hard driver for the X-Box 360 valued at $80.00, 10 X-Box 360 games valued at $400.00, Toshiba laptop computer valued at $800.00, portable Playstation hand-held gaming system valued at $150.00, Playstation 1GB memory Stick valued at $25.00, I-Pod Nano 8GB valued at $100.00 and a Phillips Surround System DVD theatre system valued at $150.00. The following pieces of jewelry were stolen from the residence: Gold ring with a cross on top, Gold bracelet watch with a small face, Gold earrings, three Gold Bracelets, Gold necklace, Gold engagement ring with diamonds, Gold ring with lines on top, pinkey ring with diamonds on top. Total value of the jewelry stolen was $1,610.00. Total loss is estimated to be $3,795.00. Neighborhood checks have been conducted and the investigation continues.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE: On Thursday, September 24 at 5:36 pm, TFC E. M. Evans responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for the reported Disturbance in the parking lot of Canopy Liquors. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 40, of Lexington Park who advised he was assaulted by Doris Elizabeth Thomas, 45, of Lexington Park. Ms. Thomas was arrested for 2nd Degree Assault and Public Intoxication. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Friday, September 25 at 12:41 am, TFC M. B. Adams initiated a traffic stop on Three Notch Road south of Town Creek Drive in California for an equipment violation. The driver, Robert Anthony Robinson, 49, of Lexington Park was contacted and exited the vehicle and fled on foot. A short time later, Mr. Robinson was apprehended and placed under arrest. He was found to be in possession of five small plastic bags of Marijuana, a partially burnt cigarette containing Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Robinson was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT OVER $500: On Friday, September 25 at 7:41 am, TFC C. M. Evans responded to the 46000 block of Pembrooke Street in Lexington Park for the reported Theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 53, of Saint Leonard. Five boxes of vinyl siding were delivered to a construction site on September 24th at 1:00 pm. Upon return the next morning, it was discovered that the five boxes of Carolina Beaded, color is Desert Tan were stolen from the construction site. The estimated loss is value at $200.00 per box, totaling a $1,000.00. The investigation continues and neighborhood checks are being conducted.

ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE: On Saturday, September 26 at 12:36 am, Tpr. N. E. Gresko responded to the 21000 block of Liberty Street in Lexington Park for the reported Disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 25, of Lexington Park. He advised he was assaulted by Dahomy Reunite Dockery, 23, also of Lexington Park. Upon contact with Ms. Dockery, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath and she was yelling and screaming obscenities at both the police and victim. She was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, September 26 at 3:25 am, Brandon Gregory Henson, 19, of Norfolk, VA was arrested by Tpr. E. J. Page on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-14125) for Failing to Pay Deferred Payment of $200.00 to the District Court in Prince Frederick by July 31. Mr. Henson was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending posting his bond of $200.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 30 at 12:30 am, Lorenzo Cordell Mackall, 22, of District Heights was arrested by Tpr. N. E. Gresko on an outstanding Arrest Warrant (T3-14133) issued by the District Court in Calvert County on September 23. The original charges are Assault 2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property under $500.00. Mr. Mackall was taken into custody at Point Lookout Road and Great Mills Road in Great Mills. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
