LA PLATA, Md. (Aug. 25, 2009) - The Charles County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest report.
MAN CHARGED IN TODDLER'S DEATH: On Aug. 24, Charles County Sheriff's officers arrested Myron Antonio Gibson, 25, of Waldorf, and charged him in connection with the death of DeSean Tyrese Wade, 3, who was found deceased in his house in the 3000 block of Heathcote Road in Waldorf on Aug. 19. An autopsy revealed Wade suffered multiple injuries consistent with abuse. Detectives identified Gibson as a suspect and charged him with first-degree child abuse resulting in death. Gibson was remanded to the Charles County Detention Center with no bond. The investigation is continuing.
