MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 23, 2009) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, July 19 at 9:20 pm, Richard Terrell Hearn, 25, of Leonardtown was arrested by TFC J. R. Stern on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-14027) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on July 10. The original charge was Theft under $100.00. Mr. Hearn was taken into custody at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Monday, July 20 at 12:55 am, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann responded to the 45000 block of Buckshot Way in Lexington Park for the reported disorderly juvenile. Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 46, of Lexington Park who advised her 15 year old son was acting in a disorderly manner and causing damage to property inside the residence. The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing. He was later released to his parent pending further action by Juvenile Services.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, July 20 at 12:30 pm, David Alan Kotowski, 48, of Lusby was arrested by Tpr. M. J. Pitcher on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-14042) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Calvert County on March 18. The original charge was Driving uninsured Motor Vehicle. Mr. Kotowski was also served an Arrest Warrant by TFC C. M. Evans at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. This warrant was issued by the District Court in Allegany Country on January 13. The original charge was Tampering with Motor Vehicle. Mr. Kotowski remains incarcerated pending his court appearance.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, July 20 at 1:56 pm, Francis Matthew Carter, 45, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC F. V. Dolinger on a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for 2nd Degree Rape. Mr. Carter was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, July 21 at 1:52 am, Nikita Leshay Stancil, 23, of Hollywood was arrested by Tpr. N. E. Gresko on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-14045) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on July 17. The original charges were Driving on a Suspended License and Driving a motor vehicle without required license. Ms. Stancil was taken into custody at her residence in Hollywood and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, July 21 at 2:10 am, Keith Gerard Lebeaux, 33, of Great Mills was arrested by Tpr. E. J. Page on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-14026) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on July 10. The original charge was Driving on a Suspended License. He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, July 21 at 2:45 am, Dennis Lamont Allen, 34, of Charlotte Hall was arrested by Tpr. N. E. Gresko on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13998) for Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation (Driving on a Suspended License, Giving False Name to Police and Driving Impaired). Mr. Allen was apprehended at Pegg Road and Lexington Drive in Lexington Park. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, July 21 at 2:35 pm, Anna Alicia McCoy, 21, of Great Mills was arrested by TFC C. M. Evans on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13993) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Calvert County on June 8. The original charge was Driving on a Suspended License. Ms. McCoy was taken from her residence in Great Mills and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, July 22 at 8:30 am, Jennifer Anne Quinn, 28, of Leonardtown was arrested by Tpr. J. S. Gibson on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13712) for Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation. The original charge was Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle. Ms. Quinn was served the warrant at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she is being held pending a bond review with the court.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, July 22 at 10:23 am, Phillip Quincey Lewis, 26, of Waldorf was arrested by TFC M. A. Moore on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13719) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Charles County on November 20, 2008. The original charge was Driving a Motor Vehicle without a license and giving a False Statement to a Trooper. Mr. Lewis was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he is being held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
