PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (July 10, 2009) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) this week released the following incident and arrest reports.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT: On July 1 at 8:28 p.m., Trooper Saucerman responded to the 11400 block of Green Acres Ct., Dunkirk, for a reported domestic assault. Theodore F. Coates Jr., 41 of Dunkirk, was arrested for 2nd Degree Assault and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
POSSESSION OF SUBOXONE: On July 4 at 02:42 p.m., Trooper West stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Stoakley Road in Prince Frederick. George N. Stauffer, 27 of Mechanicsville, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. A search of the vehicle revealed Suboxone and several other unidentified pills within the vehicle. Stauffer was charged and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
THEFT FROM SAFEWAY: On July 6 at 7:00 p.m., Trooper Roby responded to the Safeway in Prince Frederick for a report of theft. David J. Stillwagon, Jr., 47 of Prince Frederick, was attempting to remove groceries from the store without paying for them. Charges are pending.
