CALIFORNIA, Md. (June 21, 2009) - The new Evergreen Elementary School, located in California, is scheduled to open for students on August 26. The school is currently in the final stages of construction, with occupancy scheduled for July.
The school administration will be assisting families with registration, by appointment only, starting on July 13. Currently, the school administration can be reached at their temporary location by calling 301-475-4256, ext. 196.
The school system will host a community tour of the new facility for the general public on Saturday, August 1, 12:00-2:00 p.m. All interested individuals are invited to tour the school system's first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building.
The school is located at the end of Wildwood Parkway at 43765 Evergreen Way, California, Md. 20619.
