PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (June 2, 2009) - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
THEFT OF BICYCLE: On May 21 at 3:30 p.m., Trooper Haut responded to the pier behind Asbury Circle, Solomons for a report of a theft of a bicycle. The bicycle was a men's 18 speed, black with silver letters on the frame. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at 410-535-1400.
1ST DEGREE ASSAULT, RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: On May 22 at 7:15 p.m., Trooper First Class Lass responded to Mason Rd. for a reported assault. Investigation revealed that John W. Harvey, 42 of Prince Frederick, had an altercation with another individual and a handgun was used to threaten the victim. Mr. Harvey was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On May 23 at 8:15 p.m., Corporal Trossbach stopped a vehicle Rt. 4 near Stoakley Road in Prince Frederick, for a possible impaired driver complaint. The driver, Terry P. Rodgers, 53 of Waldorf, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for Processing.
THEFT OF BICYCLE: On May 29 at 5:50 p.m., Trooper Logsdon responded to the Patuxent Adventure Center in Solomons for a reported theft of a bicycle. An unknown suspect had removed a White Specialized Dolce Triple 51cm bike from the premises. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at 410-535-1400.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On May 30 at 1:30 p.m., Trooper Donaldson stopped a vehicle on Rt. 261 at Windward Key Dr., Chesapeake Beach, for traffic violations. Aaron L. Battino, 20 of Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On May 30, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., Trooper West stopped a vehicle on Rt. 261 at 7th St., North Beach for traffic violations. Justin L. Pagliocchini, 20 of Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: On May 31, 2009 at 11:57 a.m., Trooper First Class Greggs responded to the Mattress Discounters in Prince Frederick. Upon opening the store, employees found unknown suspect(s) had removed cash, several bed frames and mattresses. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at 410-535-1400.
