MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 8, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY, DOP: On Sunday, December 7, 2008 at 7:42 am, Cpl. J. Linger responded to the Food Lion in St. Mary's Square in Lexington Park for the reported disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the complainant, a 48-year-old female employee, who advised Mary Jane Gray, 54, of Lexington Park was damaging property belonging to the Food Lion store, yelling obscenities, and being disorderly in a public place. Ms. Gray was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was charged with malicious destruction of property and disorderly conduct. She was issued a no trespass notice and was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT ARREST: On Monday, December 8, 2008 at 11:27 am, Patricia Ann Holt, 32, of Loveville, was arrested by Cpl. J. Linger on an outstanding bench warrant (T3-13678) for failing to appear in district court in Leonardtown on October 31, 2008. The original charge was theft under $100. Ms. Holt was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and was held pending a bond review.
