LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 25, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
SHOPLIFTING: On Monday, September 22, 2008 at 3:07 pm, Tpr. G. Thompson responded to the K-Mart store in California for a reported theft under $100. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male employee of K-Mart, who advised two females, one 20, of California and the other, a 17 year-old female juvenile were caught shoplifting from the store. The items were recovered and returned to the store. During the course of the investigation, the 17 year-old juvenile was charged with theft under $100 and released to her mother at the scene pending further action by Juvenile Services. The investigation continues pending further charges on the 20 year-old female.
