MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Sept. 24, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) on Tuesday released the following incident and arrest reports.

ASSAULT: On Friday, September 19, 2008 at 1:25 am, Tpr. J. Pilkerton responded to a reported disturbance in the 22000 block of Laurel Glen Road in California. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 38, of California who advised he had been involved in a verbal argument with Princesmilla Chandre Lindsey, 23, of California. During the course of the investigation both parties were interviewed and it was determined that Ms. Lindsey assaulted the complainant. She was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 2:49 am, Sandra Jo Beall, 25, of Springdale, Md. was arrested by Tpr. W. Jefferson on an outstanding bench warrant (T3-13584) for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on August 22, 2008. The original charge was driving uninsured vehicle. Ms. Beall was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Friday, September 19, 2008 at 12:15 pm, Alexander Spencer Barnes, 51, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. J. Hardesty on an outstanding arrest warrant (T3-13615) issued by the District Court in Leonardtown on September 19, 2008. The original charge was assault 2nd degree. Mr. Barnes was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
