LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 31, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
THEFT: On Friday, July 25, 2008 at 6:00 pm, Tpr. W. Jefferson responded to the 43000 block of Airport View Drive in Hollywood for the reported Theft over $500. Tpr. Jefferson made contact with the male complainant who advised unknown suspect(s) broke into his 2001 Ford F-350 work truck and stole a SAM Meter valued at $10,000.00. The investigation continues.
ATV THEFT: On Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 1:16 pm, TFC M. Laney responded to the 27000 block of Bosse Drive in Mechanicsville for the reported Theft of a 4 wheel ATV. Contact was made with the male complainant, who advised unknown suspect(s) stole his green 2004 Suzuki LTF250 4-wheel ATV. The VIN is JSAAJ51A842100762 which has been entered into NCIC. The investigation continues.
ASSAULT: On Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 5:31 pm, Tpr. M. Pitcher responded to a Disturbance in the 18000 block of Russell Road in Valley Lee. Upon arrival contact was made with the female complainant, 48, of Valley Lee who advised she was assaulted by William Patrick Hardman, 46, of Valley Lee. Based on the evidence and statements given, Mr. Hardman was placed under arrest for 2nd Degree Assault and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
THEFT: On Monday, July 28, 2008 at 6:16 pm, Tpr. D. Brill responded to the 46000 block of Sue Drive in Lexington Park for the reported Theft from Motor Vehicle. Upon arrival contact was made with the male complainant, 21, of Lexington Park who advised unknown suspect(s) broke into his white Chevrolet Silverado. The suspect(s) stole a Sony DSCT70 digital camera valued at $265.00 and a 2GB Memory Stick Pro valued at $50.00. The investigation continues.
BURGLARY: On Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 2:00 pm, TFC P. Trossbach responded to the 20525 Waterloo Lane in Colton Point for the reported Burglary to a residence. Contact was made with the female complainant, 83, of Colton Point who advised unknown suspect(s) broke the rear window. It was determined that entry was not made to the residence and nothing was stolen from outside. Neighbors were contacted and the investigation continues.
VEHICLE THEFT: On Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 5:40 am, Tpr. Hardesty responded to the 21000 block of Port Court in Lexington Park for the reported Motor Vehicle Theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 22, of Lexington Park who advised unknown suspect(s) stole her 1996 white Audi A4, VIN: WAUDA88DXTA061226, displaying Maryland registration between 10:00 pm on July 29, 2008 and 5:00 am on July 30, 2008. The investigation continues.
MISSING PERSON: On July 8, 2008 at 8:33 am, TFC E. Evans responded to the 46000 block of Morningside Lane in Lexington Park for the reported Missing Person. Contact was made with the female complainant, 61, of Lexington Park. The complainant advised Kasha Lashoun Hill, 39, of Lexington Park had been missing since July 1, 2008. Ms. Hill has possession of the complainant's 2003 silver Buick Century 4 door sedan displaying Maryland Registration. On July 27, 2008, the complainant saw Ms. Hill and attempted to speak to her when she drove off. Ms. Hill has been cleared as a Missing Person, however, she has not returned the 2003 Buick Century. The investigation continues.
WARRANT ARREST: On Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 3:46 pm, Stephen Wade Abell, 18, of Hollywood was arrested by Tpr. W. Jefferson on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13515) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on July 22, 2008. Mr. Abell was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Monday, July 28, 2008 at 7:04 am, Andre D. Dickens, 24, of Lusby was arrested by Tpr. N. Gresko on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13276) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on November 30, 2007. The original charge on the warrant was Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Dickens was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Monday, July 28, 2008 at 3:55 pm, John Raymond Williams, 44, of Lexington Park was arrested by Tpr. J. Gibson on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-12795) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on April 10, 2007. The original charge was Driving on a Suspended and Revoked license. Mr. Williams was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 1:30 am, Daniel Joseph Gallogly, 32, Montgomery Village was arrested by Tpr. J. Hardesty on an outstanding Arrest Warrant (T3-13538) which was issued by the District Court in Montgomery County on February 20, 2007. The original charges five counts of Theft Over $500, five counts of Theft Under $500, and five counts of Forgery-Private Documents. Mr. Gallogly was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained. Mr. Gallogly was served another warrant (T3-13537) by TFC R. Rezza which was issued by Montgomery County on June 12, 2006. The charges were Theft Under $500. Finally, TFC R. Rezza served another Arrest Warrant (T3-13536) issued by the District Court in Montgomery County. The original charges were ten counts of Theft Under $500, three counts of Theft Over $500 and one count of Theft Scheme Over $500. Mr. Gallogly was detained in the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond review.
WARRANT ARREST: On Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 4:45 pm, Daniel Ty Kohn, 26, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC E. Evans on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13523) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on July 18, 2008. The original charges are DWI/DUI. Mr. Kohn was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
