PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (July 9, 2008) - The Calvert County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.
BURGLARY: Unknown suspect(s) entered the Chesapeake Beach Water Park snack bar area in the early morning hours on July 3 and stole a bucket valued at $50. Some minor damage was done to the area. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dep. Jeffrey Elliott at 410-535-2800.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Doris B. Waul, 41 of St. Leonard, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on July 3 at 10:45 p.m. when police asked her to stop her speeding vehicle in the parking lot of the Rod 'N Reel. The fireworks display had ended and a large crowd of people were walking to their vehicles when Waul came speeding into the parking lot. Lt. Richard Thomas stepped into the path of her vehicle and ordered her to stop. Waul complained she was late for work and shouted profanities while getting out of her vehicle. She would not produce her license or vehicle registration and continued to use profanities and act in a disorderly manner so she was arrested.
DOP: A large amount of graffiti was discovered on numerous locations throughout the area of Short Cut Road, Lusby Lane, Sidewinder Lane, Tomahawk Trail and San Rafael Road in Lusby on July 4. The spray paintings were found on a vehicle, fencing, mail boxes and the roadway. It happened overnight between July 3 and 4. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dep. THEFT: A blue and sliver Mongoose bicycle worth $100 was stolen while the owner was inside the McDonald's at Chesapeake Station in Chesapeake Beach on July 5 at 3:30 p.m. Dep. Kevin Hall is investigating.
ILLEGAL DRUGS: DFC Mark Robshaw conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on H.G. Trueman Road at Patuxent Plaza Shopping Center in Lusby on July 6 at 1:50 p.m. The driver, later identified as Jason Lee Langeluttig, 22 of Churchton, was found to be wanted on two theft warrants out of Anne Arundel County, driving on a suspended license and was in possession of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia, a spoon and two capsules with suspected heroin residue, used to prepare and store heroin. He was arrested and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited for speeding, driving on a suspended license and giving a false name.
THEFT OF GAS: Unknown suspect(s) stole $100 worth of gasoline after siphoning it out of a Ford F-150 truck that was parked in the driveway of a home on Bayside Road in St. Leonard sometime between July 4 and 7. Dep. Craig Johnson is investigating the theft.
ILLEGAL DRUGS: Dep. Edwin Bradley conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Double Oaks Road and Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick on July 7 at 10:49 p.m. The driver, later identified as Jeffrey Alan Jaeger, 25 of Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of a hand rolled marijuana cigarette, a metal smoking device with suspected burnt marijuana residue, pipe screens, and one yellow and one orange White Owl brand cigar tubes. The cigars are emptied of the tobacco and then filled with marijuana. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
