LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 24, 2008) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest report.
THEFT: On June 23 Deputy Thomas Seyfried responded to Belk's Department Store for a report of a theft. Investigation revealed Nerissa Llave Knowlton, age 54 of Callaway, attempted to steal a silver bracelet from the store and was stopped by the store's loss prevention officer and detained until Deputy Seyfried arrived. Ms. Knowlton was arrested and charged with theft.
