LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 9, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
On Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 10:07 am, Ricky Dale Sutton, age 57, of Lexington Park was arrested by TFC E. Evans for failing to obey lawful order. Mr. Sutton was residing at the Lores Motel in the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. At approximately 9:10 am, TFC Evans responded to Lores Motel for a civil dispute. Contact was made with an employee who advised Mr. Sutton had not paid his bill for staying to the motel. Contact was then made with Mr. Sutton and he was advised to pay his bill and vacate the premises, which he did. At 10:07 am, TFC Evans responded back to the motel and found Mr. Sutton still at the motel. He was taken in to custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
On Friday, June 6, 2008 at 12:15, the female complainant contacted TFC K. Lashley at the Leonardtown Barrack to report the Theft under $100.00. The complainant reported that unknown subject(s) removed the rear Maryland registration plate from her burgundy Dodge Charger. The investigation continues.
