Arrest Made in Robbery of Peking Food Deliveryman


Donald Levi Warrick Jr., age 19 of Lexington Park was arrested and charged with robbery, 2nd degree assault, and theft for the May 24 robbery of a Peking Restaurant delivery person on Liberty Street in Lexington Park.
LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 4, 2008)—Donald Levi Warrick Jr., age 19 of Lexington Park has been arrested and charged with robbery, 2nd degree assault, and theft for the May 24 robbery of a Peking Restaurant delivery person on Liberty Street in Lexington Park. The arrest was made by detectives from the St. Mary's County Bureau of Investigations (BCI).

Warrick remains in the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was already incarcerated on unrelated charges.

Police in St. Mary's County have an arrest warrant for Keon Jarell Johnson, age 20 of Lexington Park, for the robbery of a restaurant delivery person on May 24.
BCI detectives say they have also obtained a warrant for the arrest of a second suspect, Keon Jarell Johnson, age 20 of Lexington Park. Police describe Johnson as a black male, approximately 5'10" and 170 pounds.

Police are asking anyone with information on Johnson's whereabouts to call detectives at 240-434-2754 or Crime Solvers at 301-475-3333. A reward is possible if the call is made to Crime Solvers.

Police say the investigation is continuing into the identity of the third suspect.
