St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 19, 2008) - The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department today released the following incident and arrest reports.

ILLEGAL DRUGS: On May 16, the Sheriff's Office received a controlled dangerous substance complaint at an apartment on Expedition Drive in Lexington Park. Deputies responded to the apartment to investigate. When the Deputies knocked on the door it was opened by a female identified as Heidi Marie Elliott, age 40 of Lexington Park. Deputies observed an ashtray containing two smoking devices which are used to consume controlled dangerous substances. Further investigation revealed a plastic bag containing suspected cocaine. Also arrested at the apartment was Stephen Lovell Morgan, age 37 of Great Mills. Both subjects were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia. Dfc. Anthony Whipkey and SDFC. James Molitor were the arresting officers.

TRESPASSING: Kevin Eugene Watts, age 43 of Lexington Park, was served with a no trespassing notice directing him to stay off the Millison Plaza property. On May 17, Watts was observed on the property by SDFC. James Molitor. SDFC. Molitor verified the no trespassing notice was still in effect and subsequently arrested Watts for trespassing.
