DUI list for March 23 through 29, it was reported that Brian M. Middledorf had been arrested and charged with DWI on March 26. However, it was later learned that the person actually arrested was Daniel P. Middledorf, his brother. That is why Daniel P. Middledorf appears on this list although the date he was stopped for DWI was March 26. Dep. Rickard applied for an arrest warrant for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and served it on Daniel P. Middledorf on 04/03/08 at 8:50 p.m.
