MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 28, 2008) - The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

ILLEGAL DRUGS: On Friday, April 25, 2008 at 11:44 am, Jason Eric Baltimore, 36, of Laytonsville was arrested by Tpr. J. Pilkerton for possession of marijuana and possession of a CDS smoking device. Mr. Baltimore was a passenger in a white Chevrolet truck when it was stopped for exceeding the posted speed limit on Route 249 at Oliver Drive in Tall Timbers. During the course of the traffic stop, Mr. Baltimore was found to be in possession of a blue and silver metal CDS smoking device and a small baggie of marijuana. Mr. Baltimore was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

ILLEGAL DRUGS: On Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 6:37 pm, Adam Matthew Guy, 23, of Great Mills was arrested by Tpr. W. Jefferson for possession of marijuana. Mr. Guy was operating a silver Hyundai Sonota on Route 5 in Charlotte Hall when he was stopped for not being restrained by a seatbelt. During the course of the traffic stop, contact was made with the driver, Mr. Guy and a moderate odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. Mr. Guy was found to be in possession of a plastic bag of marijuana. He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.

THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE: On Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 3:45 pm, Tpr. J. Gibson responded to the 21000 block of Mayfaire Lane in Lexington Park for the reported theft from motor vehicle. Contact was made with the male complainant who advised unknown suspect(s) broke out the rear window to his silver Saturn SL at which time they stole the Magellan GPS with the mounting bracket valued at $500.00. Total loss including the damage to the rear window totals $800.00 and the investigation continues.

WARRANT ARREST: On Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 6:05 pm, Annette Brash, 42, of Charlotte Hall was arrested by TFC R. Rezza on an outstanding arrest warrant (T3-13375) issued by the District Court in Queen Anne's County on December 11, 2003. The original charge was failing to perform a contract and acting as contractor without a license. Ms. Brash was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Friday, April 25, 2008 at 7:47 am, Christopher Michael Willingham, 28, of Waldorf was arrested by Tpr. K. Roby on an outstanding bench warrant (T3-13379) for failing to appear in District Court in Charles County on March 4, 2008. The original charge was 2nd Degree Assault. Mr. Willingham was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.

WARRANT ARREST: On Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 1:30 am, Andre O'brien was arrested by Tpr. W. Jefferson on an outstanding bench warrant (T3-13332) for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on March 21, 2008. The original charge was driving on a revoked license. Mr. O'brien was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
