PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Dec. 20, between 1:30 PM and 8:00 PM, an unknown culprit broke out the rear passenger window to a vehicle parked on Paris Pines Ct., Owings. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle. TPR Saucerman is handling the investigation.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Dec. 24, between 1:30 AM and 12:30 PM, an unknown culprit caused $1000.00 in damage to a vehicle parked on Spruce Dr., Lusby. An unknown object was used to scratch the paint. TFC Johns is handling the investigation.
FUGITIVES: On Dec. 24, 4:43 PM, Rt. 260, Chesapeake Beach, TPR Roy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed that the operator, Mitchell Jon Schaller, 19, of Johnson City, TN, was wanted on 4 warrants in Nebraska (burglary, 2 counts of theft and violation of probation); and the passenger, Andrew Joseph Coleman, 26, of Gray, TN, was found to be wanted in Colorado for a violation of probation warrant. The two were placed under arrest and transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack. After processing, they were released to the CCDC to await extradition.
SHOPLIFTING: On Dec. 26, 4:05 PM, TPR Roy responded to the Dunkirk Wal-Mart for a shoplifting complaint. Investigation revealed that Julie Marie Barclay, 21, of Chilhowie, VA, attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise. She was placed under arrest for theft (-$100). After processing, she was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
