LA PLATA, Md. (Dec. 2, 2007)—La Plata's Facchina Construction Company, Inc. was recently selected to participate in the construction of the Maryland Intercounty Connector (ICC). The second segment of the ICC, known as Contract C, is a $513.9 million contract which includes design and construction of approximately four miles of the highway from west of US 29 to east of I-95, approximately two miles of Collector-Distributor roadway along I-95, as well as two interchanges at US 29 and I-95.
